Had my silverado keys come up gone, and needed a replacement so, I had previously purchased a Key fob with a blank transponder key from Amazon, and brought up here with the title and my license proving ownership and they cut my key for me for way cheaper than I ever expected and my truck was started and I was mobile again. The people that work in parts/ service GM side at Jones are super nice and accommodating. They got my key cut and me back out the door super fast and key works perfectly! Highly recommend!
They were excellent! Kelen Davison was the salesman and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Samantha Devlin was great with the paperwork! Jones is always top notch in sales. I have bought 7 vehicles from them now in m 53 years and almost always get great service!
My husband and I went to just look but was greeted by Davius Prather with a warm smile and great personality! He found us just what we needed and got us taken care of. Everyone there was very friendly and even offered us refreshments while waiting on paperwork. The first time I have actually enjoyed spending money on a car. Recommend them to everyone - just stop by and give them a shot!

Taken in for AC not working. After one week, they claimed it was fixed for over $700. It was NOT fixed. After almost another week, it was finally fixed for another almost $700. I think the labor charges are excessive, especially considering the results.

We just purchased a used 2023 GMC Yukon XL yesterday, and the entire experience was outstanding! Our salesman, Keelan, and Mallory in finance were incredibly helpful, polite, accommodating, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

Love my new truck from Jones GMC. Salesman Kelan Davison made the usually painful buying experience quick and easy. He helped me find the perfect truck and got me a great deal. This is my third purchase from Jones and I'm always satisfied.
I walked in, was greeted by Kedrin , very friendly. I told him what I wanted, we went for a drive came back, negotiated a little and got me taken care of. The banks were closed so there was a little complications with the transaction, and boy let me tell you they got it figured out and I was able to drive off the lot in my brand new pickup. 10/10 would recommend and will happily return

I am so happy with my recent purchase and buying experience at Jones Buick/GMC in Savannah, TN. I was very impressed with Kelan, my sales agent, and his professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received a fair trade-in value for my vehicle, which, by the way, had over 335,000 miles on it. That experience alone during the purchase process was absolutely phenomenal. Kelan was very responsive to all of my questions and was truly pleasant to work with. I had a great experience with the Jones GMC dealership. It was a small facility that had really good vibes (the local animal shelter with dogs and a tent out front definitely helped)! I don't remember everyone's name, but I will shoutout; Paul, Rachel, Davius, Darby, the young lady receptionist, the young salesman, the saleswoman, and the young lady in financing. They made the buying experience wonderful and if I'm looking for another vehicle in the future, I will reach out to them!

From start to finish was a great experience. We traveled 4hrs to purchase our new vehicle and glad we did. Everyone was very polite and helpful and the business office was on top of sending paperwork where it was needed. We live in Georgia and received our new plates in 2 weeks.

My experience today buying a new Sierra pickup from Jones GMC in Savannah, TN was the best deal in my life. They did me better than the dealer in Kellogg Idaho that I bought my last truck from...and if you know dealers those guys are hard to beat! Specifically, BLAKE PETTY, my salesman, was a real gem to deal with. There was no salesman talk just straight talk. He got the deal done fast and got me a better rate than my bank of twenty years was able to give me. Blake earned my respect and future business!
