From start to finish was a great experience. We traveled 4hrs to purchase our new vehicle and glad we did. Everyone was very polite and helpful and the business office was on top of sending paperwork where it was needed. We live in Georgia and received our new plates in 2 weeks.

My experience today buying a new Sierra pickup from Jones GMC in Savannah, TN was the best deal in my life. They did me better than the dealer in Kellogg Idaho that I bought my last truck from...and if you know dealers those guys are hard to beat! Specifically, BLAKE PETTY, my salesman, was a real gem to deal with. There was no salesman talk just straight talk. He got the deal done fast and got me a better rate than my bank of twenty years was able to give me. Blake earned my respect and future business!

I decided to drive 2 hours to Jones GMC on a Friday morning because of the large selection of pre-owned trucks all in one place and of course for the lifetime warranty. There was a Jones dealership closer but they didn't have the truck selection and I wanted to actually drive the truck before I purchased it. Purchased a GMC Terrain from Jones GMC yesterday and I had the best experience. Kelan was amazing and with me every step of the way. He helped me get everything set up in my Terrain and made sure that I understood all the functions. If you need new vehicle (doesn't matter the make) go see Kelan cause he is the best.
