Excellent Customer Service from the time we walked on to the lot all the way up to driving out of the lot in our new GMC Canyon pick up truck. Went into price vehicles up. Clay was our sales rep. He was fabulous. He was not pushy at all. And that’s what’s important to me. I don’t like a pushy sales person. Manager, Wes came out and helped with a few other items answered all of our questions. Wes and Brandon did the impossible and made buying a car an absolute pleasure!!! The entire purchasing experience was totally transparent and got me the greatest deal possible, without having to haggle. They were even able to lower my interest rate from my previous car, and got me EXACTLY the car I wanted. Drove all the way from Memphis, but the two hours was WELL WORTH IT. 5 stars! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to buy a car/ truck from a dealership/salesman they CAN TRUST! Great purchase and great service! Small town hospitality at it finest.

I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with only 3,100 miles on July 18, 2026. Just 9 days later, the car developed mechanical issues. I brought it to their service department on July 28, 2026, and as of today, they have had my vehicle for nearly 3 full weeks (20 days).
The main issue has been moving goalposts and a total lack of accurate communication regarding the timeline:
Initial Estimate: Promised ready in 1 week (around Aug 4)
Second Estimate: Extended to 2 weeks (around Aug 11)
Latest Update: Spoke with them today and was told it should be done by the end of this week (Aug 21)

Had my silverado keys come up gone, and needed a replacement so, I had previously purchased a Key fob with a blank transponder key from Amazon, and brought up here with the title and my license proving ownership and they cut my key for me for way cheaper than I ever expected and my truck was started and I was mobile again. The people that work in parts/ service GM side at Jones are super nice and accommodating. They got my key cut and me back out the door super fast and key works perfectly! Highly recommend!
They were excellent! Kelen Davison was the salesman and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Samantha Devlin was great with the paperwork! Jones is always top notch in sales. I have bought 7 vehicles from them now in m 53 years and almost always get great service!
My husband and I went to just look but was greeted by Davius Prather with a warm smile and great personality! He found us just what we needed and got us taken care of. Everyone there was very friendly and even offered us refreshments while waiting on paperwork. The first time I have actually enjoyed spending money on a car. Recommend them to everyone - just stop by and give them a shot!

Taken in for AC not working. After one week, they claimed it was fixed for over $700. It was NOT fixed. After almost another week, it was finally fixed for another almost $700. I think the labor charges are excessive, especially considering the results.

I walked in, was greeted by Kedrin , very friendly. I told him what I wanted, we went for a drive came back, negotiated a little and got me taken care of. The banks were closed so there was a little complications with the transaction, and boy let me tell you they got it figured out and I was able to drive off the lot in my brand new pickup. 10/10 would recommend and will happily return

He went above and beyond to ensure that I received a fair trade-in value for my vehicle, which, by the way, had over 335,000 miles on it. I had a great experience with the Jones GMC dealership. It was a small facility that had really good vibes (the local animal shelter with dogs and a tent out front definitely helped)! I don't remember everyone's name, but I will shoutout; Paul, Rachel, Davius, Darby, the young lady receptionist, the young salesman, the saleswoman, and the young lady in financing. From start to finish was a great experience. We traveled 4hrs to purchase our new vehicle and glad we did. Everyone was very polite and helpful and the business office was on top of sending paperwork where it was needed. We live in Georgia and received our new plates in 2 weeks.
