Adam serves as the Service Director for two Jones Motor Company locations, bringing strong leadership, extensive automotive knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer care.

Born and raised in Savannah, Tennessee, Adam began his career at Jones Motor Company in 2010 as a Certified Product Specialist. Through hard work and dedication, he advanced to Service Director in 2021, where he continues to focus on supporting his teams, improving processes, and ensuring customers receive dependable, high-quality service.

Adam is deeply committed to his community and values family above all. He is married with children and enjoys spending time with his sons, especially when they’re collecting baseball cards together. Outside of work, Adam is a big fan of the Memphis Grizzlies and loves cheering them on.

When asked about his success, Adam credits his service department team:

Nicole has been with Jones Motor Company for seven years. From Enville, TN, she is a proud mother of twin boys. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and visiting the river. She is also active in her church. Nicole’s favorite part of her job is her customers—she loves assisting them through every step when something goes wrong and helping them leave feeling confident and cared for.

Jessica McDaniel began her career with Jones Motor Company in 2024 and plays a key role in ensuring exceptional service experiences for our customers. Born in Munford, Tennessee, Jessica is married and enjoys spending her downtime with family and friends. Her favorite pastimes include boating, baking, and SXS riding. Jessica shares her home with two beloved dogs—a Labrador named Marley and a Labradoodle named Theo—who keep life fun and lively.

Christian has been with Jones Motor Company for 10 years and currently serves as the Shop Foreman. A Savannah, TN native and Hardin County High School graduate (2018), he attended UT Martin where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and a master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management. Christian has held roles in BDC, Sales, Detailing, Service Advising, and Service Management, giving him a strong and well-rounded foundation within the company. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, attending sporting events such as football and hockey, and walking his golden doodle, Oliver. He is engaged and enjoys that every day brings something new and the chance to solve problems.

Jimmy Nelson, a skilled Service Technician at Jones GMC, was born in Jackson, Tennessee. He began his career with Jones Motor Company in 2019 and has been dedicated to providing top-notch service ever since. Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys spending time outdoors and has a passion for car racing. He also loves spending quality time with his three children, making family a central part of his life.

Scott joined Jones Motor Company in 2025. Originally from Bethel Springs, TN, he graduated from Adamsville High School in 2022. He enjoys spending time with his family, including his two daughters. Scott appreciates the flexibility of his role and the opportunity to grow within the service department.

Shane has been a technician with Jones Motor Company since 1988. A Savannah, TN native, he loves being a grandfather to his six grandbabies and spends much of his free time watching football—especially Alabama. He has four children (two boys and two girls) and takes pride in making customers happy and keeping them safe on the road.

Marcus has been with Jones Motor Company for three years. Originally from Corinth, MS, he enjoys riding motorcycles, restoring classic cars, attending car shows, and spending time with his family. Marcus is married with five children and thrives on the challenge that each new day in the service department brings.

Justin has been part of the Jones Motor Company service team for two years. From Michie, TN, he is passionate about turning wrenches and has a natural love for working on vehicles. Outside of work, he enjoys video games and previously served at Camp Shelby in 2008.

Caleb has been part of the service team for 1½ years. Originally from Waterloo, AL, he graduated from Waterloo High School in 2022. He enjoys riding four-wheelers, working on cars, and spending time with his girlfriend. Caleb loves that there is always something new to learn and enjoys expanding his automotive knowledge.

Cody joined Jones Motor Company in 2025. From Waynesboro, TN, he graduated from Frank Hughes School in 2024. He enjoys working on cars, hunting, and spending time with his girlfriend. Cody is excited to learn more about the business and likes the challenge of experiencing new things every day.

James has been with Jones Motor Company for one year. A Savannah, TN native and Hardin County High School graduate (Class of 2012), he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He is married with three children—two girls and one boy. James loves working on cars and gaining more experience in the field.

Jesse has been a member of the service team for one year. Originally from New York, he enjoys spending time with his family, girlfriend, and three children. Outside of work, he likes hanging out with his kids, playing video games, and working on Hondas. Jesse enjoys learning something new every day and appreciates being hands-on in his work.

Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Josh Prucha now calls Linden home. With a lifelong passion for anything on wheels, Josh enjoys both working on vehicles and riding motorcycles, which perfectly complement his role in the service department.

Chris Carothers joined Jones Motor Company in 2024 and serves as a Porter and Janitorial team member. Originally from Savannah, TN, Chris is known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to wear many hats—ensuring there is never a dull moment in his day. He enjoys learning something new every day and appreciates the supportive environment created by his coworkers and manager. Outside of work, Chris enjoys gaming, listening to and collecting music, watching movies, and spending time with his wife and their daughter.

Dakota has been with Jones Motor Company for one year. A Savannah, TN native and Hardin County High School graduate from the Class of 2013, Dakota works in inventory and enjoys the fast-paced variety of his role. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Dakota has two daughters—ages four and seven—who are the highlights of his life. He enjoys learning new things and contributing to the team every day.

Shane has been with Jones Motor Company for three years. From Savannah, TN, he graduated from Hardin County High School in 2021. He enjoys video gaming and spending time with friends and family. What he enjoys most about his job is seeing new faces and providing the best customer service he can.

Born in Adamsville and now living in Morris Chapel, Tennessee, Jonah Patterson brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the Jones Motor Company team. He currently resides with his mom, and values the support and foundation his family provides. Jonah began his career as a Detailer at Jones Motor Company in 2026, quickly becoming known for his attention to detail and willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed. His favorite part of the job is simple—working with Michael, whose guidance and teamwork help make each day enjoyable. Outside of work, Jonah enjoys spending time on the golf course, staying active at the gym, and expressing his creativity through photography. He brings the same focus and enthusiasm from his hobbies into his work every day. Most importantly, Jonah wants customers to know he is here to help. Whether it’s ensuring a vehicle looks its best or lending a hand to a coworker, Jonah is committed to delivering great service with a great attitude.

Mason Ivey is a hardworking and dependable professional who takes pride in serving his hometown community of Savannah, Tennessee, where he was born, raised, and continues to live today. With a strong local connection and a commitment to helping others, Mason approaches every interaction with honesty, dedication, and a genuine desire to do right by his customers.
